This Camaro comes with numerous original dealer documents and receipts and service records. This Camaro Rally Sport features a beautiful repaint in factory Red and Black with rally sport decals, a beautiful restored interior, and the original numbers matching 350 engine. This Camaro is solid with no visible rust anywhere around the car. This Camaro is finished in the beautiful and desirable color combinations of Red & Black over Black leather interior. This is the factory color scheme as verified on the trim tag pictured above. The low actual miles is not only verified by the great all around condition of this RS but also by the clear Ohio title pictured above stating the miles as “Actual.”
Exterior
The Red and Black exterior is in terrific restored condition. This Camaro was treated to a repaint in factory Red & Black, with new Rally Sport decals some years ago. The paint is in great condition and shows well and both bumpers are in good shape. The paint has a great gloss and shine and is smooth to the touch. The gaps and lines are very good around the car and there are no dings or scratches in the paint. There may be some minor imperfections that are not noticeable in the photos, but noting was intentionally excluded from the photos. The tires are brand new with less than 50 miles and have full tread left and the OEM wheels are restored with new center caps and lug nuts. All weather stripping and window sweeps are in great condition. Trunk is very solid and clean with a replacement trunk mat, original spare tire, and the original style jack.
Interior
The interior of this Camaro Rally Sport is in excellent restored condition. The seat covers are in excellent condition with no major wear, seam splits, or rips or tears. These covers were professionally made in leather with custom red stitching and piping. They are like new and in great shape and are supportive and comfortable. The carpet is in great condition with no major stains, rips, or holes. The door panels were restored too with red stitching and leather and are in excellent condition and both door pulls are solid and in tact. The original dash is in great shape with no cracks or fading and the dash bezel is in great condition as well. The stereo was upgraded with a modern digital player and looks good in the car and sounds great. The package tray is in excellent condition. The headliner is like new and was replaced. All interior and exterior lights and gauges work as they should and most were replaced with led bulbs. The horn, wipers, stereo, heater and amazingly the cigarette lighter still works. This car has not been smoked in; there is no aroma what so ever. An aftermarket oil pressure gauge and temperature gauge were added. A manual choke pull for the carb. is located next to the stereo and works well.
Mechanical
This Camaro is in great mechanical condition with only 40,109 believed to be actual miles on the original 350 engine. We have driven this RS numerous times around town and it always performs well, does not run hot, rides tight, and is a true joy to drive. The engine was treated to a new cam and Edelbrock intake and carb. An aluminum radiator was added along with a chrome alternator. Several other chrome pieces were added to spice up the engine bay. Many suspension parts were upgraded like new shocks and ball joints and body mounts and sway bar links, etc. A new starter was added. New spark plugs were just added and so was a new pcv valve. In the video one can observe this car running and driving with no excessive rattles or noises, and the car handles and performs well. This Camaro is an great driver that feels good on the road and at highway speeds. It starts right away every time, idles well, and runs good. The brakes do not pull and stop as they should. This Camaro has upgraded dual Flowmaster exhaust with ceramic coated headers which gives this RS and nice muscle car sound at idle and cruising speeds. Also, the engine is clean and nicely detailed as one can see from the photos.
